“Video of police digging out a grave to arrest a ‘Peer’ is from India”

What FACTLY found

The video is from Pakistan and not India. In February 2020, a fake Peer in Sialkot, Punjab (Pakistan), was fooling people into paying huge amounts of money, apparently, to perform ‘black magic’. Sialkot is a city in Pakistan’s Punjab state. The person defrauded people saying that he would stay in the grave for 40 days, but he was rather living a life with all basic amenities, and various tunnels dug around the grave. The police in Pakistan dug out the person from the grave and arrested him.
