The viral video is an excerpt of Rahul Gandhi’s speech, which he made in Latur, Maharashtra, back in 2019. From the original speech, it is evident that Rahul Gandhi made those comments referring to Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi, who fled the country over allegations of financial fraud. This part of Gandhi referring to fraudsters is omitted and being shared as if Gandhi was talking about himself
