This is actually a simulation video uploaded on a YouTube channel that primarily uploads train simulation videos. However, China on 16 January 2021, unveiled a domestically developed maglev train prototype in Chengdu. As per the news reports the top speed of the train is 620 km/hr and will eventually be boosted to 800 km/hr
