Social media posts Claim dated 19 Jun 2022.
FACTLY rated thisMISLEADING

What FACTLY found

Students have staged protests in multiple parts of the country opposing the Agnipath scheme. However, it is the respective police who are dealing with these protests and there are no reports of army deployment in any state to deal with these protesters. Also the extended version of the viral video only shows protesters greeting the soldiers passing on the road. The visuals do not suggest any situation of lathi charge.
