This is an old video from Mathura, and it dates back to 2017. God woman Devi Hemlata Shastri shared the same video on her official YouTube channel in January 2017. As per the description associated with the video, the visuals are related to a Kalash Yatra in Mathura. While there are news reports of Kalash Yatra in some places close to Ayodhya in recent past, the viral visuals are not related to any such yatras
