In fact, as per the news reports, Biden praised Modi for successfully handling the COVID-19 situation in India. The lengthier version of the viral video clearly shows Biden talking to Modi, immediately after he is done talking to his Australian counterpart. The viral video is clipped, which edited out the part showing Biden’s interaction with Modiden snubbing Modi at the QUAD summit in Japan
