PolitiFact says: Experts aren't aware of Chinese sleeper cells of the type familiar from Hollywood depictions, such as "Homeland" or "The Americans." But Chinese "overseas police stations" targeting dissidents check some of the boxes.

FactCheck.org says: While the special counsel report did characterize Biden’s memory as “limited” and “poor” it made no mention whatsoever about Biden's competence to stand trial.

“New York City Mayor Eric Adams proposes to “ban chocolate milk.”

PolitiFact says: Adams has proposed banning chocolate milk during his career, and he suggested in a 2022 press conference that he would consider pursuing it in the future, even though he hasn't taken tangible steps yet.

“Joe Biden continues to put America LAST by shipping pallets of baby formula to the southern border as American families face empty shelves.”

FactCheck.org says: U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the agency that first encounters and then processes immigrants, is legally required to provide formula to infants in its care and has been doing so during the recent shortage.

“Over 800 pounds of fentanyl were seized at our Southern Border in October. This is Biden’s Border Crisis.”

FactCheck.org says: There were 899 pounds of fentanyl seized at the U.S. border with Mexico in October 2021, but the steep rise in the monthly amount of the drug being seized began in mid-2020 under then-President Donald Trump.

PolitiFact says: The gun industry doesn’t have blanket immunity from lawsuits. They can be sued under certain circumstances.

FactCheck.org says: There is no evidence that Pelosi was privy to those intelligence reports.
