PolitiFact says: This isn’t accurate. The U.S. banned all imports of Russian oil, natural gas and coal in March 2022 after Russian President Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine.
“Sen. Tommy Tuberville is preventing military promotions “because he objects to women within the military getting access to reproductive care.”
PolitiFact says: Schumer’s description of Tuberville’s intent is overly broad. It's about abortion, but does not seek to overturn all reproductive care.
“Texas Republicans just voted to give a Republican appointee the power to single-handedly CANCEL election results in the state’s largest Democratic county.”
PolitiFact says: The Texas Senate voted in favor of SB 1993, which says the secretary of state will call for a new election if a county runs out of ballots at 2% of voting sites, but it only applies to Harris County.

PolitiFact says: Washington, D.C.’s flag is based on President George Washington’s family coat of arms. The three stars aren't proof that Washington D.C., London and the Vatican are a "three-city empire."

PolitiFact says: Florida Republican lawmakers passed a bill that makes multiple changes to election law but it doesn't get rid of security measures.

PolitiFact says: Most high-credit homebuyers aren't subsidizing fee reductions for low-credit homebuyers. Even with the changes, people with lower credit scores still typically pay higher fees overall than people with better scores.

PolitiFact says: A state report touts economic benefits from the tax credit, but some academic analyses have shown that most governmental tax credits have not produced significant economic growth.

PolitiFact says: None of these incidents in which people on air experienced medical emergencies were linked to the COVID-19 vaccine. Two of the incidents predate the pandemic.

PolitiFact says: A bill would prohibit attempts to convert a person from one religion to another in Israel. But Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he would prevent the bill from becoming law.
“There is “$500 billion of unspent COVID money” that can be rescinded.”
PolitiFact says: Government estimates show that more than $400 billion in COVID-19 relief money remained unspent as of Jan. 31. But government sources say a majority of that money has been allocated.
